Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficiency in basic banking transactions and product knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance requests; support operations as needed.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
