The role focuses on servicing customers and proactively driving sales while handling teller transactions and account maintenance in a full-time capacity. The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, with cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience is required.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Foster relationship-building conversations using the CRM system to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
