Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 or more years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize CRM to foster relationship-building conversations.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance, assist with operational activities, and balance sales and teller work.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
