Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Pro-active and result oriented with strong communication.
• Highly collaborative with branch teams and Fulton Partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations by outbound calls and in-branch engagement.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM to track opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining regulatory compliance and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions to assist customers and solve problems.
• May serve as Notary Public for the financial center.
