Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required by employment time.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Assist and guide CSRs with sales and referral processes.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and professionally.
