Fifth Third Bank in Vestavia Hills, AL is looking for candidates to join a Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected associates will undergo a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification and a pathway to the Personal Banker I role.

The position focuses on consultative sales to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and build lasting relationships while processing teller transactions and contributing to the branch team.

Formación

• Strong ability to use consultative sales to assess customer financial needs.
• Knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products.
• Willingness to travel for training.
• Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Schedule appointments and conduct periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and refer to partners.
• Support CSRs and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and risk controls.
