Qualifications

College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through a memorable experience.
Demonstrate knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA for ongoing support.
Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
