Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding and certification, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy and assign to the best banker for ongoing support.
• Source, coach and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain One Bank culture.
• Follow Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
