Qualifications

• College degree or leadership experience in a sales environment.

• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding roadmap and certification.
• Develop consumer and small business customer relationships.
• Learn Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Apply consultative sales processes to identify customer needs.
• Lead and coach a team to reinforce core values and cross‑bank collaboration.
