Qualifications

• College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Engage in consultative selling to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Lead a team to reinforce Core Values and business strategies; cultivate One Bank culture.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Conduct.
