Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, and Small Business. The role develops a path to a Financial Center leadership position through practical training and hands-on coaching.

You will deepen customer relationships, learn the bank’s products and processes, and build a book of business with a focus on proactive financial needs assessment.

Qualifications

• College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including certification.
• Develop deep relationships with Consumer and Small Business customers by delivering a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services and processes to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments across channels.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with our Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture through collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold Bank ethics and policies.
