Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and makes sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required via NMLS at employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the team to provide a memorable customer experience.
• Develop and coach staff; provide timely feedback and growth opportunities.
• Learn product and process knowledge; guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Understand integrated book of business strategy and Financial Needs Assessments.
