Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or the equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience with three years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and sales.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit Solutions.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, including effective time management.
• Effective communication (verbal & written), negotiating and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify needs and establish plans to ensure results.
• Proficiency in PC software tools for reports, audits, analysis, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Recruit, retain and train all team members; develop the Assistant Financial Center Manager to the next level.
• Create an inclusive financial center culture that enables team members to thrive.
• Coordinate CRA and Community Engagement activities within the market.
• Oversee Branch Small Business Activity to drive new business and deepen relationships.
• Refer clients to appropriate lines of business based on needs.
• Ensure proper budgeting, security and adherence to bank guidelines.
