Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a hands-on Financial Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold compliance with laws and internal policies while fostering an ethical, inclusive sales culture across the market.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, drive small business activity, coordinate CRA/community engagement, and lead community outreach to grow relationships and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and train all team members and develop the Assistant FC Manager.
• Foster an inclusive culture and lead CRA and community engagement activities.
• Drive new business and deepen existing relationships through branch activities.
• Coordinate with internal partners to onboard clients and manage branch budget.
• Provide guidance and leadership to staff and ensure ethical sales practices.
• Perform teller and banker duties as needed, including Saturday support.
