Responsibilities

• Manages all goal attainment, service, marketing and operations of the banking center
• Recruit, train, develop, evaluate and coach staff to meet expectations
• Lead a partner-centric team serving small business, corporate and mortgage partners
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies
• Grow existing relationships and develop new small business banking in the market
• Maintain client satisfaction by engaging associates and delivering solutions
