Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships with a memorable customer experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold Code of Conduct.
