Qualifications

• High school or bachelor level education with banking cash handling experience.
• NMLS registration and background checks required.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning operational huddles.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for the financial center.
• Guide associates on teller transactions and policy adherence.
• Open/close vault, Night Depository, and cash setup.
• Manage cash limits, overrides, and risk controls.
• Resolve client issues and conduct research when needed.
• Support risk management and dual-control procedures.
• Operate ATM, cash recycler, currency counters, and coin sorters.
• Promote professional lobby management and client service.
• Develop client relationships and refer to specialists.
• Drive sales opportunities and build a pipeline.
• Ensure safety and security of operations.
