• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions to ensure 24/7 account access.
• Process routine financial center transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage lobby activity, greet clients, monitor risk, and ensure a positive experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for mortgage, business banking, and investments.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve goals and grow the branch.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
• Participate in community outreach and business development to expand the client base.
