Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training or leading a work team.
• Strong client focus and ability to drive an excellent client experience.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours as needed, at any nearby center.

Responsibilities

• Develops talent by proactive sourcing and coaching of team members.
• Manages client traffic, routes clients, and fosters client retention.
• Drives business results via management routines and coaching sessions.
• Creates a world-class client experience environment.
• Leads market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.
