Job summary

Texas Capital seeks an accomplished banking executive to lead strategy and operations across multiple Financial Centers. You will steward client relationships, drive revenue, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.

The role requires deep financial services experience, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching managers, optimizing processes, and delivering profitable growth while maintaining high standards of risk and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 8 years in financial services required.
  • 5 years in people management required.
  • Retail Consumer Deposit Banking Experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy, operations, and financial performance of two or more Financial Centers, driving sustainable growth and profitability through ethical sales practices, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on deepening client relationships and maximizing market opportunity.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of high-value priority clients across multiple Financial Centers within a defined region, delivering a tailored, relationship-driven banking experience that deepens loyalty and drives revenue growth.
  • Manage Financial Center P&L performance with discipline and accountability; monitor financial metrics, identify cost optimization opportunities, and drive profitability improvements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including equipment, automation, workflow design, and transaction integrity to ensure efficient, accurate execution.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Financial Centers and internal teams to align resources and drive cohesive execution.
