Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Financial Center Assistant Manager to supervise daily operations at the Philipsburg, PA location and to participate in sales and service initiatives. The role requires coordinating staff, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting customers with deposits, loans, and banking services.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, an associate degree preferred, and may need to obtain notary and an NMLS registration as part of the position.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of two (2) years’ related work experience or specialized financial education and training normally required.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• An Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and properly maintain a National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS #) in order to take applications for loans that are secured by residential real estate is a requirement of this position.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required to meet operating needs.

• Manages resources and staffing to support customer needs and sales goals.
• Educates staff on policies, conducts audits, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leads by example to achieve sales and service goals; supports loan openings and closings.
• Supervises employees and manages schedules, assigns work, and reviews performance.
