Mid Penn Bank in Levittown, PA is seeking a Financial Center Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and supervise the team, while actively contributing to sales and service goals. You will partner with the branch manager, coach staff, ensure compliance, manage deposits and loans processes, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' related work experience.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• An Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS) for mortgage applications.
• Flexible schedule to meet operating needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assists customers with deposits, loans, and product referrals to expand relationships.
• Partners with the manager to set and achieve sales and service goals; leads by example.
• Supervises staff; manages schedules and work assignments; reinforces customer service standards.
• Maintains security and controls to protect customers and assets.
