Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.

• Proficient PC skills, including Word/Excel; knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Supervisory skills to manage employees.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk/bend; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Financial Center and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educates staff on policies, conducts audits, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Ensures adequate resources (cash, staffing) to support customer needs.
• Reviews work, provides guidance, and makes decisions within authority.
• Maintains security controls to protect the facility from risk.
