Job summary

Fulton Bank in Abington, PA invites an enthusiastic Financial Center Associate to deliver exceptional customer service by handling teller transactions and guiding customers through accounts and products.

You will use CRM tools, build relationships, and promote digital banking solutions while maintaining compliance and supporting the branch's sales and service goals. This role is a full-time position based out of our Abington financial center in Montgomery County, with no Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to onboarding and expanding relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
