Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with training in financial/cost accounting and reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses for manufacturing and operations.
• Perform account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
• Assist external auditors and management with budgeting and cost analyses.
• Post journal entries and support period-end closing activities.
