Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel; Word and Access a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented with good communication; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Controller with day-to-day general accounting and month-end close.
• Analyze inventory costs, variances, and participate in cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain payroll and fringe expense tracking, labor standards, fixed assets.
• Assist with product costing, variance analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly finance close and budgeting/forecasting.
• Develop spreadsheets/tools and conduct process improvements.
