Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst to support plant controller with month-end close, cost accounting, and financial reporting at our Northwest Indiana client near LaPorte. Relocation assistance is provided; candidates may begin remotely for 30-60 days while relocation is arranged. The role offers growth in a globally recognized aerospace firm with strong benefits.

You bring a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of experience, Excel proficiency, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong grads considered.
• Proficient in Excel; Word and Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Controller with day-to-day accounting and month-end close.
• Analyze inventory costs and variances; contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain payroll/fringe expense tracking and site fixed assets.
• Assist with product costing, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly finance close.
