Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting required.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports operations leaders to ensure accurate, timely and insightful analyses of provider compensation, production and utilization.
• Leverages existing tools (and provide input into new ones as needed) to monitor budget vs actual results and provide input into key drivers of performance.
• Confirms root cause of material variances (e.g., by working with national category teams and local implementation teams as needed).
• Synthesizes large complex financial analytics and communicates findings to leadership.

As a Financial Analyst for our provider compensation, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.

Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related degree and Two (2) to Seven (7) years’ experience within Finance or Accounting

Pay Range

$26.70 - $39.71 /hour
