Job summary

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Financial Analyst to support provider compensation and overall fiscal health. You will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings to stakeholders to guide informed decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. You will collaborate with operations leaders to ensure timely analyses of budget vs actual results and key drivers of performance in a non-remote, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related field.
• 2–7 years' experience within Finance or Accounting.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports operations leaders to ensure accurate, timely and insightful analyses of provider compensation, production and utilization.
• Leverages existing tools to monitor budget vs actual results and provide input into key drivers of performance.
• Confirms root cause of material variances by working with national category teams and local implementation teams.
• Synthesizes large complex financial analytics and communicates findings to leadership.
