Mission Staffing in NYC is seeking a Finance/Operations Analyst for a boutique private equity/venture fund. You will join a small finance team, work with the IR and Investment groups, and help shape business strategy through process design and analytics.

This is an in-office, fast-paced role with direct access to leadership, exposure to live trades and front-office requests, and broad ownership as the team scales.

Job description

Finance/Operations Analyst role with a Boutique Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund in NYC.

The role sits on a small finance team, will work closely with the IR and Investment team, and will work to develop business strategy, create and build out processes, support the trading process, track the market, and other finance projects.
