Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team. In a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will partner with business units to drive growth, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

You will lead planning and forecasting processes, own monthly/quarterly reporting, build complex models, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with IT and data teams to align systems with business goals.

Qualifications

9+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS or tech industries.
Strong expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn).
Experience building complex financial models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance partner for business unit leaders to drive strategic planning and cost optimization.
Lead annual, long-range, and rolling forecast processes; stress-test assumptions.
Own monthly/quarterly reporting and translate data into actionable insights for executives.
Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with IT and Data teams on system alignment.
Drive process improvements and standardization of FP&A workflows.
