Children’s Specialized ABA in the United States is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role focuses on payroll accuracy, timely operational reporting, and support for the annual budget and monthly close processes.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, with experience reconciling data across multiple systems, and enthusiastic about using technology to improve how we work. This is a great opportunity for an early-career finance or accounting professional to gain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered).
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, other formulas) and data reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with payroll systems and/or practice management systems (preferred).
• Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or multi-location business environments (preferred).
• Interest in automation, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or AI-assisted workflows (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review bi-weekly payroll using an Excel-based model and ensure accuracy.
• Pull and compare data from payroll, billing, and practice management systems to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports on hours worked and census, broken out by location and payer.
• Assist in monthly financial P&L package and AR reporting.
• Support the annual budget process with data gathering and variance analysis.
• Conduct regular data reviews and audits across payroll and practice management systems and implement improvements.
