Children’s Specialized ABA, based in Kearny, NJ, seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. The role focuses on payroll accuracy, financial reporting, budgeting support, and data analytics across multiple systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will excel in Excel, manage data reconciliation, and contribute to process improvements while supporting the organization’s payroll operations and monthly close processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered).
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, other formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with large data sets.
• Experience with payroll systems and/or practice management systems (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Review bi-weekly payroll using an Excel-based model and ensure accuracy.
• Pull and compare data from multiple source systems to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare a weekly KPI report on hours worked and census, by location and payer.
• Prepare bi-weekly cash projection reports and assist monthly P&L package.
• Support the annual budget process with data gathering and variance analysis.
• Conduct regular data reviews and audits to detect errors and improve accuracy.
