Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Director of Planning & Analysis in New York City for a senior leadership role in FP&A within the Hospitality sector. You will manage planning processes, forecasting, and profitability models across locations.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, building revenue analysis models, and producing KPI dashboards. The role involves budgeting, variance reporting, and collaboration with executive teams on process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience across multiple locations.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA are strongly preferred.
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Planning & Analysis - in the Hospitality industry located in NYC. Duties:

• The Director of Planning & Analysis will prepare the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, profitability models, and report upon variances


• Assist with formalizing budgets, and forecasts across multiple lines of business


• Assist with developing "decision support" strategic plans for both the Regional and Corporate Executive teams


• As a Director of Planning & Analysis, you will build financial models to support forecasted revenue analysis


• Prepare KPI metrics: conduct business, trend, and competitive market analysis


• Assist the CFO with process improvement projects, (AI, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)

Requirements

• MBA, CPA, or CMA are strongly preferred


• 10+ years of FP&A experience with multiple locations


• Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and NetSuite software skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
