Caesars Digital, a division within Caesars Entertainment, is hiring a Financial Analyst in a hybrid Las Vegas role. You will manage high volumes of invoices, verify accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support automated data analysis initiatives.

You will collaborate with iGaming teams, FP&A, and accounting to improve processes and reporting. The role emphasizes data quality, collaboration, and the ability to scale analytical efforts, with opportunities to work across Tableau/Power BI

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
• Perform reconciliations and help identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Conduct audits to ensure system, invoicing, and payment accuracy.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel; formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to construct, manipulate and manage data sets in Tableau, PowerBI or a similar application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• You take ownership of your work and consistently deliver high-quality results.

The Financial Analyst’s key role is to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of invoices within our iGaming division. You will be primarily responsible for handling a high volume of invoices, verifying their accuracy, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate financial records. Over time, you will help develop processes that optimize automated data analysis and reduce the need for manual reviews by senior leadership. You will work closely with the iGaming team, iGaming vendors, FP&A team, analysts, and accounting team. You are passionate about data, accuracy, and collaboration.
