Job summary

Caesars Digital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure accurate processing of invoices within our iGaming division. You will handle high volumes of invoices, verify accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payments while maintaining financial records.

You will collaborate with the iGaming team, FP&A, and accounting, developing data-driven processes to reduce manual reviews and enhance reporting with Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical role.
• Perform reconciliations and help identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Conduct audits to ensure system, invoicing, and payment accuracy.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel; formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to construct, manipulate and manage data sets in Tableau, PowerBI or a similar application.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Take ownership of your work and deliver high-quality results.

The Financial Analyst’s key role is to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of invoices within our iGaming division. You will be primarily responsible for handling a high volume of invoices, verifying their accuracy, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate financial records. Over time, you will help develop processes that optimize automated data analysis and reduce the need for manual reviews by senior leadership. You will work closely with the iGaming team, iGaming vendors, FP&A team, analysts, and accounting team. You are passionate about data, accuracy, and collaboration.
