Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit experienced lead financial analysts who can help train their language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week).

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides for monthly reports, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and finance review commentary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
• Experience building decks behind the numbers for AI-generated presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridges/waterfalls, and headcount/opex exhibits.
• Prepare scenario analysis pages and commentary for finance reviews.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all outputs.
