Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced financial analyst to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. The role requires 2+ years of experience in top-tier banks, PE/HF, or corporate finance, with deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.

The engagement is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, with compensation at $100 per hour and an ASAP start.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across core workflows such as storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and exhibit design.
• Deliver client-ready decks with clear logic and polished visuals.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced financial analysts from top-tier banks, PE/HF firms, or corporate finance teams who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for financial analysts with 2+ years of experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
