Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is partnering with a global industry-leading manufacturer to hire a Financial Analyst II to support production and manufacturing operations.

You will analyze production costs, standard costing, variances, and build models to identify cost savings while collaborating with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting.

Relocation assistance is available, with up to $85,000 base salary and a 9% bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
