Job summary

medmix is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst to support our Manufacturing Controller in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on monthly financial reports, cost accounting, and KPI analysis to drive actionable insights.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (SAP a plus). Power BI experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, or related environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations.
• Support cost accounting activities including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and interpret manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data preparation and analysis.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and corporate finance to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Assist the Controller with ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives.

We are a leading healthcare manufacturing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Financial Analyst (Finance Specialist) to support our Manufacturing Controller. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities ****
