Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Financial Analyst in Marlton to prepare monthly and annual financial statements and perform related analyses. You will support GAAP compliance and assist the Finance Management Team on special projects, acting as a Finance representative on committees as needed.

You will collaborate with teams, ensuring accurate reporting of operating metrics, budgets, and regulatory filings, while developing best practices for financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Zero to three years in general accounting and financial statement prep.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to prepare financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for Virtua Health entities.
• Assist in GAAP implementation and related analyses.
• Support Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Management on special projects.
• Participate in committee and meeting activities as a Finance representative.
• Collaborate to improve standard practices for financial analysis and reporting.
