Alumni Ventures is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in Minneapolis, MN to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across multiple areas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience in finance, and strong analytical skills. This position offers a salary range between $99,000 and $172,700 along with health benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Facilitate budget and forecast activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance on month-end close activities.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators.
