Job summary

Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a Financial Analyst in Fresno, CA to provide financial analysis and reporting that informs operational and strategic decisions. The role collaborates across departments to develop dashboards that track KPIs and trends, and supports the design and maintenance of reporting systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field and 2 years of experience in accounting/finance with familiarity in RVUs/CPT codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and data analysis preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Lawson, Excel and Tableau preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMS Relative Value Units (RVUs) and CPT codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, analytical, and reporting support to assist operational and strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams and external partners to develop reports and dashboards.
• Assist design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems for business operations.
