Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA seeks a Financial Analyst to provide financial, analytical, and reporting support for operational and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to develop dashboards that track key performance metrics and trends.

This role involves designing and maintaining reporting systems for business operations and participating in various projects as directed. A background in accounting/finance and relevant software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, and data analysis preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Lawson, Excel and Tableau preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMS RVUs and CPT codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, analytical, and reporting support for operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting systems for business operations.
• Participate in additional projects as directed.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial, analytical, and reporting support to assist in operational and strategic decision making for Community Health Partners (CHP). This individual collaborates with various inter-departmental teams and external partners to develop reports and dashboards that measure and trend key performance metrics. Assists with the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems for business operations. Participates in other projects as directed.
