Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, and data analysis preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Lawson, Excel and Tableau preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMS RVUs and CPT codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, analytical, and reporting support for operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop reports and dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting systems for business operations.
• Participate in additional projects as directed.
