The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational decision-making by providing data, analysis, and insights that inform strategic initiatives and Board reporting requirements. This position is responsible for analyzing health plan, financial, operational, and statistical data; developing analytical models; preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and financial summaries; performing forecasting, budgeting, and business analyses; supporting actuarial projects and regulatory filings; and serving as a resource to leadership and cross-functional teams in evaluating business performance and strategic initiatives.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
