Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a global technology organization focused on cybersecurity and digital risk management initiatives. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and collaboration with finance, procurement, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or business operations.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar financial systems preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget versus actual spending and identify trends, risks, and variances
• Support forecasting, accruals, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Track project and vendor spend against approved budgets, purchase orders, and contracts
• Assist with invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and financial documentation
• Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions and planning activities
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
• Help identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
