Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Financial Analyst to support monthly close, prepare journal entries, and analyze financial statements across the organization. You will collaborate with accounting teams and leadership to produce reporting packages and contribute to annual budgeting.

The role requires a BS in Accounting and 1–3 years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Oracle Fusion, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, and related tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounting or Finance related experience.
• Financial analysis experience preferred.
• Oracle Fusion, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, SmartView, and EPM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close by preparing journal entries, collaborating with the accounting team, and providing account analysis.
• Prepare various monthly and weekly reports, including executive financial reporting packages, operational department financial statements, and labor reporting.
• Participate in the annual budget process by providing input and budget analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with various components of the organization to provide detailed financial analysis of monthly financial statements and Travel and Entertainment spend relative to budget, year over year, and trending data.
• Develop ad hoc reporting upon request and improve existing reporting tools or methods.
