Accorto Regulatory Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage AR/AP, cash, payroll, and month-end activities. The role emphasizes analytical work, collaboration with senior management, and leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.

You will contribute to financial statements and support sales with profitability analysis. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, interfacing with Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize cash flow and pricing strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–4 years of AR/AP or financial analysis experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and AR/AP cycle.
• Advanced Excel skills: lookups, pivots, and pricing/margin modeling.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, travel expenses, and payroll.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; apply payments and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and manage collections; resolve disputes with customers and Sales.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and deferred revenue; support pricing and quotes.
