Job summary

AirLife, a leading medical breathing products manufacturer, seeks an Accounting Analyst to analyze ERP/GL data, perform variance analysis, and support month-end close with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes process improvements and AI-enabled automation within accounting.

You will partner with IT and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and maintain GAAP compliance while supporting year-end audit efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 1-3 years accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel formulas is essential.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics GP, OneStream or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP/GL data to identify anomalies, trends, and root causes.
• Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Assist with budget-vs-actual analysis and variance explanations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement process improvements.
• Help develop automation and AI governance practices within accounting.
